Narendra Modi Says No Country Questioned India's Surgical Strikes

Modi at the Ritz Carlton said the surgical strikes conducted by India across the LoC prove that the country can defend itself when needed. Only leaders of the community organisations and eminent Indian-Americans from across the country were invited for the reception.

He said the Indian government has been able to safely bring home more than 80,000 citizens - facing trouble in different parts of the world.

According to sources, at the meeting, PM Modi was told that there are 740,000 jobs attributable to iOS, and that Indian app developers have created nearly 100,000 apps for the App Store, a growth of 57 percent, in 2016.

The audience cheered loudly and chanted "Modi, Modi" as Modi appeared on stage.

With India all set for GST rollout from July 1st, Modi said, "the transformation of India presents abundant commercial and investment opportunities for American businesses".
