Foo Fighters honour cancer campaigner Laura Plane in touching Glastonbury dedication

The Foo Fighters took to the Glastonbury stage this weekend, and there was a moment when the crowd of 150,000 joined in singing the band's "Best Of You" in unison, and it's bound to bring you goosebumps.

In an interview with The Guardian ahead of this weekends performance at Glastonbury, Dave Grohl revealed the classic pop singer Lionel Richie's freakish gift to the Foo Fighters singer.

"Unfortunately she passed away not too long ago and her husband started this campaign to try to get us to dedicate Everlong to her at Glastonbury - I think it was the song at their wedding".

Laura had been a huge Foo Fighters fan.

"It is incredible. Laura must have engineered this somehow as I was having a really bad week after her funeral, when it hit me like a wave".
