Singer Phil Collins cancels show after hotel room fall

The songwriter confirmed his return earlier this year, announcing plans for a quartet of live dates at the Royal Albert Hall.

Singer Phil Collins has been hospitalized and postponed his tour after falling and hitting his head, according to a statement on his Facebook page Thursday. Phil suffers from "drop foot' as a result of a back operation which makes it hard to walk", the Facebook post read.
