Clinton talks 'impeachment' in speech at alma mater

I came back 25 years ago to speak at another commencement.

"Just log on to social media for 10 seconds, it will hit you right in the face, people denying science, concocting elaborate, hurtful conspiracy theories about child abuse rings operating out of pizza parlors", Clinton said, referencing an alt-right conspiracy theory that claimed that Clinton's campaign chair John Podesta was overseeing a child trafficking operation out of a D.C. restaurant.

We haven't heard a lot from Hillary Clinton since she lost the United States presidential election past year. In particular, the belief that people, you and I, possess the capacity for reason and critical thinking. Friends say it is unlikely. But she adds emphatically: "She's not going to recede".

Do you ever have any question about anything you wish to ask and get answer? "So it's a new place". When it was Clinton's turn, she ad-libbed a response to Brooke, declaring that empathy was not enough in politics.

Apple Announces watchOS 4
This is a feature many heart rate monitoring chest straps have, but not many modern smartwatches or fitness trackers. This week Apple's Kevin Lynch stood on stage at WWDC 2017 and spoke about the next big update to the Apple Watch.

Clinton ended on a call to action. However, she did take some personal responsibility for the loss. Many don't want to retreat on civil rights, women's rights and LGBT rights. She presented awards to Colombian peacemakers at Georgetown, and made a surprise appearance at the Tribeca Film Festival to discuss saving endangered elephants from poachers in Africa.

Clinton confessed with some humor that losing the election was hard. She was greeted with a standing ovation.

Clinton called Mr. Trump's 2018 budget proposal "a con", which she said would underfund public education, mental health, efforts to combat the opioid epidemic and fight climate change.

The chairman of the House Oversight Committee asked the FBI on Thursday to turn over more documents about former FBI Director James B. Comey's interactions with the White House and Justice Department, including materials dating back almost four years to the Obama administration. At the curtain call, actors pointed to her and touched their hearts. She spoke about Americans who have lost faith in the political, cultural, economic and societal conditions in the US, acknowledging that "many feel left behind, left out, looked down on".

US Senate Adopts Symbolic Resolution Hailing Reunification of Jerusalem
On Wednesday, the Israeli embassy in Washington is hosting an event in the Capitol marking the reunification. The Palestinians seek to establish East Jerusalem as their own independent state's capital.

Much of her speech was a rallying cry for graduates to get politically involved and engaged with their communities. "Not just your future but our future depends on you believing that".

Republican National Commitee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel criticised Mrs Clinton's remarks in a statement. "It's nearly as if people were feeling like they personally had let her down". "I won't lie, Chardonnay helped a little, too", she said with a smile. The school administrators, however, were not happy that she criticized a guest speaker.

Of course, not all the feedback has been flattering - not with one of the most polarizing figures in American political history. "I was the candidate".

"Instead of lashing out with the same partisan talking points, Hillary Clinton would be wise to look inward".

'Against Everything We Stand For': Harsh Words for Trump from London's Mayor
Asked if Trump was criticizing the mayor of London because he is Muslim, Sanders said that was "utterly ridiculous". In response, Trump said in an interview in the U.K.in May of 2016 that Khan was "ignorant".

Speaking before the class of 2017, Clinton also took subtle shots at President Donald Trump's budget, Pizzagate and fake news.
