Most of the London Underground stations reopened Monday in the neighborhood where the attack took place, allowing life to resume after more than 24 hours of lockdown.

Two of the London Bridge terrorists were last night named by Scotland Yard as Khuram Shazad Butt and Rachid Redouane, both from Barking in East London.

All three suspects were shot dead in a hail of gunfire by police within minutes of the attack, which began when they drove a van into pedestrians on London Bridge.

"Khuram Shazad Butt was known to the police and MI5".

The first of the seven victims has been named, according to The Telegraph and other news outlets: 30-year-old Canadian Chrissy Archibald. "We have protected counter-terrorism policing budgets, we have also provided funding for the increase of the number of armed police officers", she said at a campaign event.

All 12 people arrested on Sunday after the attack have now been released without charge.
