Former Gov. Keating To Be Interviewed For FBI Director Position


"He will meet with four more: Andrew McCabe, Frank Keating, Richard McFeely and Joe Lieberman".

White House spokesperson Sean Spicer said Lieberman is among candidates being interviewed position vacated by the firing of James Comey last week by President Trump.

On Monday, Spicer told reporters that the process to replace fired Federal Bureau of Investigation director James Comey was being "driven by the Department of Justice" and that Trump would conduct interviews once there were recommendations.

Lieberman served in the Senate for more than two decades and was the Democratic vice presidential nominee in 2000 with then-Vice President Al Gore.
