Superman Prequel and George R.R. Martin Projects Join Syfy's Programming Slate

Footage from the show leaked earlier this year, but now SyFy has confirmed that it will be airing a full season of grandpa Superman's adventures around a red sun.

Syfy announced it's moving forward on the Superman prequel, Krypton, and the graphic novel adaptation, Happy!

The man of steel is coming to Syfy - or at least his relatives are. In addition to Cuffe, "KRYPTON" stars Georgina Campbell, Elliot Cowan, Ann Ogbomo, Rasmus Hardiker, Wallis Day, and Aaron Pierre with Ian McElhinney. The series comes from producers David Goyer (the Dark Knight trilogy) and Damian Kindler (Sleepy Hollow).

Myerson highlighted several new features coming to the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. It's like having your PC and your phone finish each other's sentences.

Let's hope this means the trailer will makes its way BACK online soon.

Jacob's Ladder writer Jeff Buhler will pen Nightflyers' script, while Robert Jaffe - who wrote the 1987 film adaptation of the book - will act as producer. We asked Chris McCumber, President of Entertainment Networks for NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, when fans could expect the series to debut.

Happy!: This series is based on Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson's graphic novel of the same name. The pilot teleplay and story is written by David S. Goyer & Ian Goldberg (Once Upon a Time, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles). Following Superman's grandfather as a young man, and his tragic love affair with a scion of the House of Zod, the series promises to be a fun slice of pulp that will occasionally remember it's based on a comic book, much like Gotham, although probably Krypton will feature fewer characters murdered with rocket launchers. After a hit gone wrong, his inebriated life is forever changed by a tiny, relentlessly positive, imaginary blue winged horse named "Happy" (played by SNL alum Bobby Moynihan).

The Big Bang Theory Season Finale Recap: I Do?
Staurt and Raj spent most of the season arguing over who should help Howard and Bernadette prepare for the birth of baby Hailey. For those who don't remember her (I'm not sure how you can't), she was the one who idolized Sheldon.

Nightflyers joins a development slate that includes previously announced projects Hyperion, Brave New World and Stranger in a Strange Land.

The sci-fi story is set in a future with Earth on the brink of destruction, when the crew of the space ship Nightflyer set out on a mission to try and secure humanity's survival. Robert Jaffe, who wrote that screenplay, will also be a producer of the new series. They begin to figure out, though, that the artificially intelligent captain guiding their ship has sinister plans, and may be "steering them into deadly and unspeakable horrors deep in the dark reaches of space". Taylor directed the pilot.
