Nintendo announces E3 2017 plans

Super Mario Odyssey is the first Mario game in sandbox style of Super Mario Sunshine. There will be a Nintendo Spotlight for the event on June 13 at 9am PT/12pm ET. The livestreamed presentation will include new details about Super Mario Odyssey and other Nintendo Switch games launching throughout 2017.

The iconic Japanese game company will host a three-day event at this year's E3, one of the gaming industry's biggest confabs, starting on June 13.

It is now unclear if the same issue may have popped up again, only earlier, and led to the decision to cancel the series. It is unclear if other networks will engage in potential bids on the show.


Just like past year that'll be followed by Treehouse Live presentations, which will showcase a number of details as well as some expected smaller reveals. While first party titles will be releasing throughout the year at a steady pace, the same can not be said about big third party releases, and it seems like Nintendo wants to change this as quickly as possible.

Apart from the device itself, Nintendo has released some incredible games to put on the Switch's display.
